Every record can be tested again against its source.
If you find a factual error, missing source, incorrect date, classification problem or broken link, you may ask PIL.OT to review the record.
Review
The report is compared with the source chain supporting the record. Where appropriate, the record is corrected, narrowed or removed. PIL.OT does not undertake to adopt every submission verbatim.
Timing
Correction requests are considered as soon as practicable. A report to PIL.OT should never be relied on for an urgent legal step or limitation period.
