LECTIO / Discovery
Follows official sources, court and institutional sites, scholarly indexes, calls and event calendars. A feed item is a lead, not a record.
Three steps: LECTIO finds, COLLATIO checks, EDITIO publishes.
Follows official sources, court and institutional sites, scholarly indexes, calls and event calendars. A feed item is a lead, not a record.
Checks the date, subject, jurisdiction and source chain. Where a lead is secondary, it goes to the original or authoritative source. Material without a verifiable source is not published.
Records verified material as a development, publication, call or event. It appears with its date and source, then moves into the right issue.
AI helps find candidates, classify them and draft copy. It never replaces the source. An output without supporting evidence is not published.
Some records may be published automatically after passing source and confidence checks. They can later be reviewed, corrected or removed. Not every record has prior human approval.
Selection, headings and summaries are editorial acts. PIL.OT aims to distinguish them from verifiable information and make each record’s source basis clear. It does not advise on individual matters.
