The Permanent Bureau announces that, in addition to Members and Contracting Parties to the Apostille Convention, registration is open to the general public for the 12th International Forum on the electronic Apostille Programme (e-APP). The online event will take place on 4 October 2021 and will discuss the latest developments and best practices concerning the e-APP.
