Following the deposit of Bahrain’s instrument of accession on 13 March 2025, the Convention of 18 March 1970 on the Taking of Evidence Abroad in Civil or Commercial Matters entered into force for the Kingdom of Bahrain on 12 May 2025. The HCCH also noted that Bahrain, while not yet a Member of the HCCH, is a Contracting Party to three HCCH Conventions.
