2019 Judgments Convention enters into force for Albania

According to the HCCH notice, the Convention of 2 July 2019 on the Recognition and Enforcement of Foreign Judgments in Civil or Commercial Matters entered into force for Albania on 1 March 2026. Albania had deposited its instrument of ratification on 13 February 2025; the notice concerns the regime for recognition and enforcement of foreign judgments in the field of private international law.
