2019 Judgments Convention Enters into Force for Andorra
Development summary
The Convention of 2 July 2019 on the Recognition and Enforcement of Foreign Judgments in Civil or Commercial Matters entered into force for the Principality of Andorra on 1 June 2026. The step followed Andorra’s deposit of its instrument of accession on 13 May 2025 and brought the Convention’s recognition-and-enforcement regime into operation for Andorra.
