I. A. Ty­u­ment­sev’s art­icle “Uni­lat­er­al Sanc­tions in Private In­ter­na­tion­al Law” is an aca­dem­ic pub­lic­a­tion in Jur­idic­al sci­ence and prac­tice. It ad­dresses uni­lat­er­al sanc­tions in the con­text of con­trac­tu­al re­la­tion­ships with a for­eign ele­ment, en­ga­ging conflict-of-laws issues such as over­rid­ing man­dat­ory rules, force ma­jeure, and the ap­plic­a­tion of for­eign law in the Rus­si­an Fed­er­a­tion.
