Ticen Özraşit’s art­icle in Hacette­pe Hukuk Fakültesi Dergisi ex­am­ines the role of state-court as­sist­ance and in­junc­tions in ar­bit­ra­tion pro­ceed­ings in Eng­land. It ana­lyses the Ar­bit­ra­tion Act 1996 and sig­ni­fic­ant case law, taking a com­par­at­ive view of the in­ter­ac­tion between the ar­bit­ra­tion pro­cess and court-issued in­junct­ive relief.
