On 11 December 2025, the HCCH Permanent Bureau held a hybrid book launch for The Hague Convention on Choice of Court Agreements: A Commentary, marking the tenth anniversary of the entry into force of the 2005 Choice of Court Convention. The commentary is co-authored by Gilles Cuniberti, Brooke Marshall and Louise Ellen Teitz, with contributions from Peter Mankowski.
