Denmark signs and ratifies the 2007 Child Support Convention

Development summary

Denmark signed the 23 November 2007 Convention on the International Recovery of Child Support and Other Forms of Family Maintenance and deposited its instrument of ratification on 30 June 2025. The signature and deposit were carried out by H.E. Mr Ulf Melgaard, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Kingdom of Denmark to the Kingdom of the Netherlands, at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Netherlands in its capacity as depositary of the HCCH Conventions.
