Arzu Turgut and Ali Faik Demir ex­am­ine the ef­fects of the Kara­bakh con­flict on Azerbaijani in­tern­ally dis­placed people and Kara­bakh Ar­meni­ans who became refugees. The art­icle con­siders how the two groups make vis­ible both the human con­sequences of the con­flict and the con­tinu­ing dis­putes between Azerbaijan and Ar­menia over sov­er­eignty, ter­rit­ori­al in­teg­rity and self-determination.
