Fifth meeting of the Experts’ Group on Family Agreements

Development summary

The HCCH Experts’ Group on Family Agreements held its fifth meeting by videoconference on 14 and 15 September 2021. The meeting was attended by 25 members representing 23 Member States and one Regional Economic Integration Organisation, together with members of the HCCH Permanent Bureau.

The meeting addressed the latest revision of the draft Practical Guide on the cross-border recognition and enforcement of agreements reached in family matters involving children. The Experts’ Group was convened to discuss that revision.
