The fifth meeting of the HCCH Working Group on the Financial Aspects of Intercountry Adoption was held online on 23 April 2026, hosted by the Permanent Bureau. More than 30 registered delegates and other experts took part, and the Working Group finalised its work on the draft Note on the Financial Aspects of Intercountry Adoption and the draft Roadmap of Cooperation Between States to Transition to No Contributions, Donations and Similar Payments.
