First Electronic Apostille in Europe
Development summary
Within the HCCH e-APP Pilot Programme, the Superior Court of Murcia in Spain issued the first electronic apostille in Europe. The e-apostille was issued in the context of an intercountry adoption procedure and was described as fully consistent with the model proposed under the e-APP.
