The HCCH Working Group held its first online meeting on 5 June 2025 to finalise a Good Practices document concerning the 1965 Service, 1970 Evidence and 1980 Access to Justice Conventions. Its establishment was approved by the Council on General Affairs and Policy in March 2025, and the meeting, hosted by the Permanent Bureau, brought together 46 delegates representing 22 HCCH Members as well as members of the Bureau.
