First meeting of the Working Group on the Study relating to Institutions Analogous to Trusts

Development summary

In March 2025, the HCCH Council on General Affairs and Policy authorised the establishment of a Working Group to review and complete the study on the application and interpretation of Article 2 of the 1985 Trusts Convention and on institutions analogous to trusts. Hosted online by the Permanent Bureau from 6 to 8 May 2025, its first meeting formed part of work that is to take account of possible implications for non-Contracting Parties.
