HCCH a|Bridged - Edition 2021: Enabling party autonomy with the 2005 Choice of Court Convention
Development summary
The HCCH Permanent Bureau hosted an online event addressing contemporary issues in the application of the 2005 Choice of Court Convention. The programme also focused on the Convention’s role in promoting party autonomy.
The event was co-organised by the Caribbean Court of Justice Academy for Law, the American Association of Private International Law and the Caribbean Community, with support from Germany’s Federal Ministry of Justice and Consumer Protection.
