HCCH: Book launch for the Hague Convention on Choice of Court Agreements: A Commentary
Development summary
The HCCH Permanent Bureau has announced that registration is now open for the book launch celebrating the publication of The Hague Convention on Choice of Court Agreements: A Commentary. The hybrid event will take place on 11 December 2025, will be open to public online participation, and will coincide with the tenth anniversary of the entry into force of the 2005 Choice of Court Convention.
