HCCH CGAP: New membership, an application and two convention acts
Initial scan view · retrospective language and content review is in progress.At its CGAP meeting, the HCCH recorded Rwanda’s admission as a new Member of the Organisation, Guatemala’s application for Membership, Costa Rica’s signature of the 30 June 2005 Choice of Court Convention and Colombia’s accession to the 23 November 2007 Child Support Convention. The development concerns international civil procedure, especially choice-of-court agreements and the cross-border recovery of maintenance obligations.
