Development summary

The HCCH Permanent Bureau hosted a hybrid roundtable and training on 11 and 12 September 2025 on the application of the 1980 Child Abduction and 1996 Child Protection Conventions. The event placed particular emphasis on children from Ukraine and drew close to 85 registered participants, representing 25 HCCH Members, three Observers and members of the Permanent Bureau.
