(In)applicability of the CISG under Turkish Courts: A Review in the Light of Article 2(e)

and the Court of Cassation 11th Civil Chamber decision 2021/2836 K., the incorrect translation of Article 2(e) led to a result contrary to the CISG’s aim of uniform application and that the study offers solutions to increase awareness in Turkish courts.
