Monaco accedes to the 2005 Choice of Court Convention
Development summary
The Principality of Monaco deposited its instrument of accession to the 30 June 2005 Convention on Choice of Court Agreements on 27 November 2025. The deposit took place at a ceremony at the Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the depositary of the HCCH Conventions, and completed Monaco’s formal accession to the Convention.
