Pre-registration for the Forum on Domestic Violence and the Operation of Article 13(1)(b) of the 1980 Child Abduction Convention now open for all interested delegates and experts
Development summary
The HCCH Permanent Bureau announced that pre-registration had opened for all interested delegates and experts for a forum on domestic violence and the operation of Article 13(1)(b) of the 1980 Child Abduction Convention. The forum will be held in Sandton, South Africa, from 18 to 21 June 2024.
In-person participation is strongly encouraged, while passive online participation, limited to listening, will also be available. The forum is open to delegates from Members and non-Member Contracting Parties.
