Development summary
The official ASEAN record identifies a Protocol implementing the seventh package of commitments on air transport services under the ASEAN Framework Agreement on Services. The Protocol will enter into force on the sixtieth day after deposit of the sixth instrument of ratification or acceptance with the Secretary-General of ASEAN and will become effective only among the Member States that have ratified or accepted it.
