The ASEAN record identifies a Protocol implementing the twelfth package of commitments on air transport services under the ASEAN Framework Agreement on Services. The Protocol and the commitments in its Annexes will enter into force on the 60th day after the seventh instrument of ratification, approval or acceptance is deposited with the Secretary-General of ASEAN, and will become effective only among Member States that have ratified, approved or accepted it.
