Republic of Korea ratifies the 1993 Adoption Convention
Development summary
The Republic of Korea has deposited its instrument of ratification of the Convention of 29 May 1993 on Protection of Children and Co-operation in Respect of Intercountry Adoption. The Convention now has 107 Contracting Parties, and it will enter into force for the Republic of Korea on 1 October 2025.
