Second meeting of the Working Group on the Model Forms for Chapter II of the 1970 Evidence Convention
Development summary
At the HCCH, the Working Group tasked with finalising the Model Forms for Chapter II of the 1970 Evidence Convention held its second meeting online on 26 September 2025, hosted by the Permanent Bureau. The meeting brought together 50 registered delegates and other experts representing 24 HCCH Members and one Observer, and the Group discussed the updated draft form for requests for permission to take evidence under Chapter II, incorporating amendments and suggestions from the first meeting.
