Seventh Meeting of the Working Group on Jurisdiction

Development summary

The HCCH Working Group on Matters Related to Jurisdiction in Transnational Civil or Commercial Litigation held its seventh meeting in Tokyo from 28 October to 1 November 2024. The meeting took place in person, with an option for online participation.

Held under the mandate of the Council on General Affairs and Policy, the meeting brought together 66 delegates and other experts representing 22 HCCH Members and 2 Observers, alongside members of the HCCH Permanent Bureau. It was organised with the support of the Government of Japan.
