The HCCH Working Group on Matters Related to Jurisdiction in Transnational Civil or Commercial Litigation met in a hybrid format. The meeting brought together experts representing HCCH Members and Observers, as well as staff from the HCCH Permanent Bureau.

In accordance with its mandate, the Working Group made further progress on developing draft provisions concerning parallel proceedings and related actions or claims.
