It addresses the role of the Warsaw and Montreal Conventions in actions concerning a carrier’s legal liability, as well as the application of MÖHUK where either the place of departure or destination is in Türkiye and the other is in a non-contracting State, or where matters fall outside the Conventions’ scope.
