Sibel Özel and Kazim Çinar ex­am­ine which con­tracts fall within Art­icle 25 of the Turk­ish Private In­ter­na­tion­al and Pro­ced­ur­al Law Code (MÖHUK). The pro­vi­sion sub­jects con­tracts con­cern­ing im­mov­ables and their use to the law of the coun­try where the prop­erty is situ­ated; the re­search prob­lem is how to define the con­trac­tu­al cat­egor­ies covered by that rule.
