Development summary

On 13 July 2018, the Permanent Bureau announced the publication of an anniversary volume prepared in co-operation with Marilyn Freeman and Nicola Taylor, with a special focus on “The Child’s Voice – 15 years later”.

The volume brings together contributions from 25 authors working across fields ranging from academia to the judiciary and covering approximately 15 jurisdictions. It therefore presents the issue of the child’s voice through a range of professional and jurisdictional perspectives.
