HCCH working groups met online in October and November 2024 to finalise the Practical Handbooks and Country Profiles for the 1965 Service Convention and the 1970 Evidence Convention. Their work took account of discussions at the July 2024 Special Commission meeting on the practical operation of those Conventions.
