Challenges of Mediating Investor-State Disputes

The article examines challenges in using mediation for investor-State disputes and possible solutions. It presents the 2022 SIDRA Survey results, analyses user insights from qualitative interviews, and proposes measures to address obstacles hindering States’ use of mediation.
