Gülin Güngör ad­dresses prob­lems arising in the ac­quis­i­tion and loss of Turk­ish cit­izen­ship, along­side proof of cit­izen­ship, through na­tion­al and in­ter­na­tion­al rules, in­clud­ing Law No 5901 on Turk­ish Cit­izen­ship and its im­ple­ment­ing reg­u­la­tion. The 14th edi­tion of her Tâbii­yet Hukuku was pub­lished in Septem­ber 2026.

The book also covers the na­tion­al­ity of legal per­sons, air­craft and ships, to­geth­er with ju­di­cial rem­ed­ies con­cern­ing na­tion­al­ity. The­or­et­ic­al ex­plan­a­tions of le­gis­la­tion are ac­com­pan­ied by prac­tic­al ex­amples and ju­di­cial de­cisions.
