The fourth edi­tion of Droit in­ter­na­tion­al privé by Marc Fallon, Jean-Yves Carli­er and Stéphanie Francq has been pub­lished by Lar­ci­er In­tersen­tia. The work was first pub­lished by François Rigaux in two volumes in 1977-1979, with a second edi­tion in 1987-1993 and a third in 2005.

Sur­pass­ing 2,000 pages, the new edi­tion re­turns to two volumes. Volume I covers the gen­er­al part, in­clud­ing his­tory, meth­od­o­logy, jur­is­dic­tion, ap­plic­able law, re­cog­ni­tion, en­force­ment and pro­ced­ure; Volume II ad­dresses spe­cif­ic areas of private law.
