Nyoman Bu­di­arta, Dewa Gede Sudika Mangku and Ni Putu Rai Yuli­artini ad­dress the valid­ity of nom­in­ee agree­ments used for for­eign na­tion­als’ ac­quis­i­tion of land in In­done­sia through the lenses of private in­ter­na­tion­al law and the 2023 Om­ni­bus Law on Job Cre­ation. The art­icle states that In­done­sian law ap­plies to land own­er­ship under lex loci rei sitae, the law of the place where the prop­erty is situ­ated.
