The thir­teenth edi­tion of Vahit Doğan’s Private In­ter­na­tion­al Law text­book was pub­lished by Yetkin Yayin­lari in Septem­ber 2026. Ac­cord­ing to the pre­face, there have been no sig­ni­fic­ant le­gis­lat­ive changes since the pre­vi­ous edi­tion; this edi­tion ad­dresses the Con­sti­tu­tion­al Court’s an­nul­ment of Art­icle 27 of the Turk­ish Code on Private In­ter­na­tion­al and Pro­ced­ur­al Law, which gov­erned the law ap­plic­able to in­di­vidu­al em­ploy­ment con­tracts, and the new pro­vi­sion ad­op­ted after the an­nul­ment.
