The HCCH Permanent Bureau announced that pre-registration had opened for all interested delegates and experts for a forum on domestic violence and the operation of Article 13(1)(b) of the 1980 Child Abduction Convention. The forum will be held in Sandton, South Africa, from 18 to 21 June 2024.
