The HCCH announced that the Convention of 29 May 1993 on Protection of Children and Co-operation in Respect of Intercountry Adoption entered into force for the Republic of Korea on 1 October 2025, following the deposit of its instrument of ratification on 17 June 2025.

Denmark signed the 23 November 2007 Convention on the International Recovery of Child Support and Other Forms of Family Maintenance and deposited its instrument of ratification on 30 June 2025. The signature and deposit were carried out by H.E.

The HCCH Experts’ Group on Digital Tokens met for the first time on 16-18 June 2025 in hybrid format. The meeting brought together 53 delegates and other experts, representing 18 HCCH Members and 8 Observers, together with members of the HCCH Permanent Bureau.

Andorra deposited its instrument of accession to the Convention of 2 July 2019 on the Recognition and Enforcement of Foreign Judgments in Civil or Commercial Matters. The development concerns the private-international-law regime for the recognition and enforcement of foreign judgments.
The HCCH Experts’ Group on Carbon Markets held its first meeting from 13 to 15 May 2025. The hybrid meeting brought together 60 delegates and other experts, representing 19 HCCH Members and six Observers, together with members of the HCCH Permanent Bureau.
